Okay... I'm back. I will try to add new entries from time to time, if I think of anything worth saying! I have turned off the comment feature though. The main benefit in blogging to me, is simply a place to give words to my thoughts... a journal of sorts. Turning off the comment feature allows me to do this without mean comments from anonymous bloggers (Mom)... Just kidding, Mom!

What brought me out of my blogging slumber you ask?... Yesterday, my church, Selmore Baptist, celebrated its 100th year of service to the Lord. You can watch a segment our local CBS affiliate did on the celebration here. Many churches celebrating their 1ooth birthday are on their last wind, but not Selmore. I can honestly say I believe Selmore's best days are ahead of us! Babies are being born, children and teenagers are running around all over the place, lost people are coming to Christ, and Christians are growing in their faith. God gets all the credit! If you don't have a church home, come join us!
