I will leave bright and early tomorrow morning for Jefferson City, for two full days of meetings with the Organizational Study Group (OSG) of the Missouri Baptist Convention. As our name would suggest, the OSG is assigned the task of studying the current organization of the Missouri Baptist Convention, and bringing recommendations to the Executive Board for an effective organizational structure for the 21st century. This will be the first time our team has met since the resignation of Dr. Tolliver as the MBC's executive director. Please pray for our team as we press forward in challenging circumstances. Additonally, pray that the MBC would be a worthy partner for the churches of our state, as they fulfill the Great Commission.
