I have been asked to serve on a 12 person "study group" that's going to look at the Missouri Baptist Convention from top to bottom, and make recommendations (if needed) concerning what we can do better and how. Dr. Tolliver (our state director) anticipates the process to be very thorough, and take over a year to complete. You can read all about it in the latest issue of The Pathway.
I am a strong believer in cooperative missions, and I am excited about the opportunity to help make sure our Missouri Baptist churches are cooperating together as effectively/efficiently as possible to advance the Kingdom. Please pray for me and the rest of the study group as we begin this important work.
